JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Urban Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading urban planning initiatives, providing expert advice, and ensuring that projects align with the overall urban development strategy. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable and innovative urban designs that meet the community needs and regulatory requirements.
Your expertise will be pivotal in conducting feasibility studies, preparing planning reports, and engaging with stakeholders to foster positive relationships and collaborative project developments.

Requirements

• Bachelors/ Masters/ Ph D in Urban Planning or Architecture equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban planning and design.
• Proven experience in leading urban planning projects, with a solid portfolio of completed works.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Proficient in relevant planning software and tools (e.g., GIS, Auto CAD, Sketch Up).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
