JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Controls Engineer - Change Management to join our team. As a key member of our project controls division, you will be responsible for overseeing change management processes to ensure that all project changes are effectively managed and communicated. Your role will be critical in maintaining project integrity and ensuring that all modifications align with client expectations and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement change management plans and procedures that align with the organization’s overall objectives and vision.
• Manage the systems in Identifying and analyzing potential trends and changes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and other members of the organization through the change process, including coaching and communication.
• Facilitate change impact assessments development and stakeholder analyses to understand the potential impact of changes on project Baseline (Cost, Schedule & Scope), project activities, individuals and teams and develop strategies to address any concerns or resistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/project administration, management, engineering, or related field.
• OR where applicable, appropriate Industry Certification and / or experience
• Relevant Experience in managing complex multi-discipline projects.
• Knowledgeable in industry – standard system and software
