Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise to maintain timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and interior design teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with project plans and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the project team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management or engineering roles, with a specific focus on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software and design applications.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
