In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all specifications and regulations. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives while fostering a collaborative team environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development of Saudi Arabia's infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise to maintain timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and interior design teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with project plans and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management or engineering roles, with a specific focus on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software and design applications.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
