• Must have at least 2 year of experience in Saudi Arabia
• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborating with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Project staff to ensure seamless and timely project execution.
• Developing detailed technical shop drawings, as-built documentation, and supervising site works.
• Conducting meetings with contractors to address inquiries and concerns related to projects.
• Managing materials and human resources on-site, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Conducting quality checks on materials to ensure compliance with prescribed standards.
• Upholding site safety protocols and implementing necessary measures.
• Generating daily and weekly site reports to document project progress and challenges.
• Monitoring and coordinating activities on-site to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
