Posizione:

We are seeking a Site Technical Office Manager for our pipeline project in Saudi Arabia, with over 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the petrochemical or oil and gas industries.


The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as the primary liaison between the client and the contractor for all technical matters related to field engineering.
• Leading a team of 10+ internal resources to support on-site activities.
• Monitoring progress in detailed design and procurement, while collaborating closely with the construction team to assess work package readiness and refine the construction schedule.
• Identifying discrepancies between detailed design and on-site conditions, proposing solutions, and seeking approval as necessary.
• Coordinating with the Project Engineering Manager to ensure a seamless transition between design office activities and on-site operations.
• Working closely with the Commissioning Manager to prepare engineering support documents for commissioning plans, procedures, and instructions.

Requisiti:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Master's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the petrochemical or oil and gas sectors, and experience working with international clients.
• Prior experience in pipeline projects and familiarity with Middle Eastern client standards are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem solving skills, and resilience are critical soft skills required for this role.
