As the Territory Manager for KSA, you will oversee the company's operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales targets. You will enhance customer experiences, provide leadership and guidance to the local team, and foster partnerships while exploring growth opportunities. Your role will involve driving territory growth by implementing strategic plans and initiatives, collaborating with regional and global teams, and leading a team of three Area Sales Managers to meet their objectives. You will ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards at all times. Effective communication, strong organizational skills, proficiency in analysis, and problem-solving abilities are essential. You will report directly to the Managing Director, playing a critical role in steering the overall growth of the territory by maintaining high standards in all operational aspects

- Sales Targets Achievement - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
- Key Customer Relationships – Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence – Handle the team and office administrative works, be ahead of market intel and ensure quality delivery
- Demand Planning and Inventory Management – Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain department in demand planning, and handle local stock
- Teamwork and Leadership – Guide and develop the Area Sales Managers team to achieve or exceed their goals, and collaborate efficiently with key departments (Customer Service team, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing)
- Forecast and Reporting – Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the Managing Director, as well as insights during Management Review Meetings
- Be the Ambassador of the company and brands at all time

- Support on stock handling and special offers
- Identify and have an impact on influencers on decision-makers
- Increase brand awareness through
- Support and coordinate ASM requirements and office and warehouse administration work with the admin. Manager
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for development and increase market penetration
- Expert in product knowledge (self and competition) and
- Work closely with the Supply Chain department to plan shipments and stock required
- Supervise local stock in Saudi Arabia, and provide regular insights on optimizing it and needs
- Be a force of proposal for controlled-risks inventory required to grow and penetrate new markets
- Follow up on payments
1/ Teamwork
- Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure efficient and timely response to our customers
- Collaborate with Marketing for local initiatives and promotions
- Provide insights and forecasts
- Lead and support the ASM team to deliver on or above their goals
- Development plan for each team member
- Assist them on requirements (esp. admin. Related)
- Weekly reports with ASM
- Bi-monthly reviews with ASM, CSR and management
- Monthly reports to Management, MRM, and Supply Chain
- Strategic plan yearly and Executional plan quarterly to Management
