Position Title:
Testing & Commissioning Engineer

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description

• Providing technical support to other departments in selection of equipment’s.
• Planning, monitoring and analysing the activities of factory testing / site commissioning as per project plan
• Managing technical issues /clarification/ technical support during factory testing / site commissioning
• Attending technical meetings with customer/end user for project scope of work and clarification
• Reviewing and coordinating with other departments for the smooth progress of testing plan
• Develop the Customer Service Team in order to keep providing the best services
• Developing a well talented technical support team to resolve SAS, AMI, Protection & control related queries.
• Managing all NCR’s -Nonconformance reporting & trouble shooting to confirm electrical components healthiness.
• Managing our team to provide training to NG, Aramco, SEC engineers to confirm as per our project scope.
• Coordinating with subordinates for smooth progress of testing activities
• Clarifying the customer inquiry with the support of manufacturer on time
• Preparation of project wise manpower plan
• Managing to clear the control of punch lists during factory testing and site commissioning to confirm electrical scheme match with panel.
• Coordination during customer inspection ( Testing/QC/MOM/Internal in process meeting)
• Performance evaluations of sub-ordinates and identifying training needs
• Initiation of continual improvement and maintain records
• Initiation of corrective and preventive action and maintain records
• Apply all Safety procedures
• Responsible for after sales service
• Managing all NCR’s
• Controlling the Manpower in the site
• Controlling the Cost Control through Service Module in the system
• Handling all critical issues with clients and end users
• Coordination between the departments to meet the site requirement
• Let the Technicians / Engineers to go to the site to rectify the problems when required
• Develop the Customer Service Team in order to keep providing the best services
• Apply all safety procedures.
• Testing of relays and other equipment’s to confirm as per project testing plan.
• Preparation and managing of project or new equipment test reports, updating and correction to confirm all equipments working as per criteria.
• Managing all NCR’s -Nonconformance reporting & trouble shooting to confirm electrical components healthiness.
• Managing to clear the control of punch lists during factory testing and site commissioning to confirm electrical scheme match with panel.
• Coordinating & testing of relays during customer inspection to confirm electrical panel scheme.
• Coordinating with subordinates for smooth progress of testing activities.
• Preparation of project wise manpower plan.
• Performance evaluations of sub-ordinates and identifying training needs.
• Developing a well talented technical support team to resolve SAS, AMI, Protection related queries.
• Responsible for after sales service ( Testing/Service/Trouble shooting/Firmware update etc.,)
• Controlling the Manpower in the site .
• Providing hands on experience on factory testing team to do all activities independently.
• Resolving of technical issues during factory testing / site commissioning to confirm electrical scheme.
• Providing technical support by reviewing design documents before release to confirm achieve project schedule.
• Initiation of continual improvement and maintain records in consultation with department manager to confirm our department development.
• Initiation of corrective and preventive action and maintain records in consultation with department manager to confirm maintain QMS documents
• Carrying out site testing & commissioning activities to confirm project schedule and scope completion.
• Carrying out jobs assigned by department manager time to time to confirm archive project plan.
• Customer service handling like NCR, Site clarification, Site commissioning support to confirm site NCR material and customer service.
• Providing training to NG, Aramco, SEC engineers to confirm as per our project scope.
• Providing technical and hands-on training to site commissioning engineers to confirm our team capability.
• Maintaining 6S activity in shopfloor as per our respective zones to confirm our daily activity as per our schedule.
• Resolving production issues during new relays installation to confirm as per project testing plan
• Providing technical support to design team ( ACCS, ACSE,AMI, DRP) during detail design stage to confirm as per project testing plan
• Providing technical site visit report during new retrofit projects tender stage to confirm as per project testing plan.
• Providing site support like material arrangement , technical support, online support to customer to confirm as per project testing plan.
• Sending missing/shortage material after panel delivery to confirm scope of work.
• Apply all Safety procedures to confirm as per QMS procedure and documentation.
• Coordination, formulation and implementation of the quality assurance procedures in the plant to confirm as per project plan.
• Planning and organization of incoming, in-process and final inspection activities with other departments and sub ordinates to confirm as per project plan.
• Monitoring compliance of product to the reference standard, project requirement and customer specifications to confirm our project plan.
• Reporting, registration and follow-up of in-process inspection issues to confirm as per electrical scheme to confirm as per project plan.
• Coordination with third party agency for factory inspection to confirm as per project plan.
• Preparation of inspection reports at all stages of inspection to confirm as per standard requirement.
• Handling all critical issues with clients and end users
• Coordination between the departments to meet the site requirement

Salary :
3500 Accommodation : PROVIDED BY COMPANY Food : 200 Transportation : PROVIDED BY COMPANY Duty Hours & OT : 10
