Job Description:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders, stock returns, and liaise with stakeholders for smooth delivery and fulfilments.
• Generate packing lists, monitor account credits, and maintain customer account details.
Manage credit/debit transactions and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing or related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP/Navision.
