- Maintain full set of account
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports to HQ
- Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters
- Prepare and submit management and statutory reports to HQ
- Participate in yearly budgeting procedure
- Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise/handle with auditor to issue audited financial statement and proceed the AGM with necessarily required document including Annual Return form and XBRL
- Prepare and file withholding tax/GST/Corporate Income tax returns
- Prepare and file income tax return of employees both Singapore and Korea
- Keep monitoring yearly budget
- Liaise with banks to submit necessary documents
- Any other job duties which may be assigned
