RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for reconciliation between SAP posted entries and TMS interface records.
- Primary duties include comparing and verifying data from both systems to identify discrepancies andensure consistency.
- Meticulous examination of transactions, balances, and other financial data to detect any errors or mismatches.
- Must document and report any discrepancies found, and work with relevant departments to resolve these issues promptly.
- Responsible for maintaining detailed records of reconciliation activities, preparing reconciliation statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline, or individuals currently pursuing CA qualifications with ISCA.
- Fresh graduate with relevant competencies are welcome to apply
- Experience with system changes implementations and UAT.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and databases.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (SAP, Oracle etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in data management, RPA and data analytics.
- Familiar with BI tools (e.g. Qlik sense, Power BI, Tableau, RPA) has an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Interesting personality with can-do spirit.
