Job Description:

• Position: Admin Assistant
• Well-known seafood wholesaler and distributor based in Singapore
• Working hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm; Saturday 9am -1pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): $2,500
• Working Location: Chai Chee
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
