- Position: Admin Assistant
- Well-known seafood wholesaler and distributor based in Singapore
- Working hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm; Saturday 9am -1pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): $2,500
- Working Location: Chai Chee
- Duration: Permanent
- Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
