• Hands-on L3 support for a time critical trading system.
  
• Monitor trading applications and respond promptly to issues and incidents.
  
• Provide real-time support for all trading applications including pre-trade, execution, and post-trade systems.
  
• Investigate and resolve technical problems related to application performance, connectivity, and data accuracy
  
• Investigate Production and test environments issues.
  
• Manage the deployment and configuration of trading system applications across various environments (e.g., test, staging, production)
  
• Support DR tests, manage audit requests, manage security checks and documentations and other tasks related to the safe running of the application.
  
• Work with developers to understand how the system works.
  
• Write support documentation.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Network, Data Communications, or relevant discipline
  
• At least 5 years of experience as Application Support
  
• Knowledge of UNIX environment, including performing various tasks from the UNIX terminal
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and mac OS)
  
• Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration.
  
• Strong programming skill with Java is a plus
  
• Have experience with Linux and Oracle Database
  
• Have experience about Cloud is a big plus.
  
• Keen interest in financial markets. Working knowledge of financial products a plus
  
• Fluent English and good communication skills
