This will be a 6 months internship from Jan to Jun 2025. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the internship full-time.
1. Regional Consumer and Market Intelligence Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
To assist on producing key reports and analytics for CMI and share insights drawn for these reports to different markets, as well as any other adhoc support for various meetings/ workshops.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist on regional data management:
-
Collect and cleanse raw data from various reports/ data portals and from regional digital team, local brand teams, and local/ regional finance teams
-
Produce key reports such as quarterly EC reporting and analysis on market movements – covering market share by channel, product vs. competitors, media insights such as Share of voice vs. competitors.

Conduct desk research on key consumer insights trends, perform competitors benchmarking on key commercial activities and consolidate it into a monthly internal newsletter or for quarterly EC reporting.

Assist to draft/review questionnaire, programming and testing of the survey links as well as data cleaning, analysis and reporting for ad-hoc requests.

Perform social listening requests when required.
REQUIREMENTS

Self-er with good communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint

Strong numerical and analytics skills with the ability to slice and dice data in different dimensions depending on needs
2. Regional Digital Marketing Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
As a Regional Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the Digital Marketing team in various tasks related to the paid and owned media end-to-end management. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about digital marketing, e Commerce operations, and customer engagement strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support strategies for cross-channel campaigns ensuring the ability to capture attribution from top funnel tactics to low funnel conversion metrics across different platforms, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Contribute to the planning, executing, optimising & evaluating marketing activities for regional performance marketing campaigns across APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partners.
- Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media.

Website Operations & UI/UX Optimization
- Support the management and measurement of owned media assets, including SEO, UI/UX website optimization as well as content management
- Conduct monthly site audit and work with local affiliate stakeholders on any issues that arise. E.g. missing product image/price, discrepancies between mobile and desktop, wrong links, button not working etc.

Website Rollout Support
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and Project Manager to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and report any issues, bugs or discrepancies found, to ensure the website meets business requirements and user expectations

Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Tools Governance
- Manage & maintain regional marketing tools & accesses, including pureplayers’ marketing solution, google analytics etc
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum e Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related degree
- Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Excellent People and Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Soft Skills: Analytical, Initiative, Curious, Collaborative, Passionate

Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Advanced Excel preferred.
- Basic command of media planning knowledge
- Familiarity on ecommerce platforms/tools such as SFCC, JIRA, Google Analytics 4 would be a plus
3. Regional Ecommerce Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
To support Regional E-commerce campaigns, projects and reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Enjoys online shopping, well versed in Lazada/Shopee APP
-
Support regional e-commerce campaigns – from idea generation, working with regional brand teams and local markets all the way to target tracking and evaluating performance.

Be involved in the content management of Shiseido+ Digital Academy.
-
Build and execute data analytics to help establish regional e Com strategy and achieve e Com objectives.
-
Compile best practices playbooks on e Com and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with local teams.
-
Take lead of competitor watch to conduct campaign learnings and insights to share with teams.
-
Maintain monthly ecommerce performance report and other ad-hoc reporting requests

4. Regional CRM Intern
MAIN PURPOSE
To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system Kizuna, loyalty program management, customer engagement personalization journey, basic to advanced analytics and ad hoc projects.
The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce, ICT and Legal department, Regional Brands team as well as local CRM and brands team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the platform enhancement of Shiseido Group regional loyalty management system
-
Assist in loyalty program standardization for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute and NARS.
-
Assist in creation of regional creative assets in collaboration with regional brand teams
-
Assist in dashboards and reports enhancement on loyalty management system Kizuna
-
Assist in CRM KPI reporting on monthly basis.
-
Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, and member engagement, communications, and personalisation
-
Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities
-
Work alongside Regional CRM Manager to drive CRM strategy in Pureplayers such as Lazada and Shopee
-
Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders
-
Support on any ad-hoc tasks where necessary
REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Excel and Power Point

Multilingual in one other Asian language will be an added bonus
