Be Part of Our Success

Lead and manage end to end bidding pursuit process. Be overall in charge of RFP document development, preparation and ensure high quality proposals submitted
Direct the pursuit strategy to properly position our market leadership, capabilities resources and overall credentials to win new business opportunity
To perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers, overseas offices and partners for bid submission
Work closely with Sales and direct clients to understand the requirements and business environment in order to formulate bid win strategies and value proposition for proposals
Provie contract management, bid management and post contract management support
Manage the sales, bid support team and senior management representatives to meet the customer RFP requirements correctly
Analyze and advise on the solution, delivery, 3rd party, legal and finance risks associated with the bid accurately
Work with key stakeholders to ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall bid strategy, establish pricing structure that meets business /corporate target margins
Obtain the relevant internal management approvals in the right RFP timelines
Review end to end tender proposal submissions, customer and 3rd party agreements for signing
Improve governance and compliance of bid and contract management
Facilitate deal presentation and contract negotiation with customers

Qualities We Value

Experience in project management skill, demonstrating contract negotiation skill and financial analysis and modeling
Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive bids.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
Familiarity with bid management tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Previous bid management experience in IT-related industry will be preferred
