Executive, HR Payroll (2 years contract)

Location:Aero - 600 West Camp Road, SG

Description: Job Scope for Payroll Executive

Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and IR21 clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims (e.g. NS-MUP claims reimbursement) and payroll audits.

Responsible for calculation of overtime payment and processing of OT and Time related allowance payment

Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll reconciliation report

Responsible for Payroll related survey reports

Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing

Assist in payroll projects such as process streamlining and payroll system upgrading (if any)

Handle employee’s and support BHR on payroll related enquires

Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / business Administration preferably
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll
Experience of processing more than 500 headcount
Conversant with Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and best practices
Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different level
Meticulous and conscientious in handling confidential information
Excellent team player and able to work well under pressure within tight deadlines.
