Executive, HR Payroll (2 years contract)

- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and IR21 clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims (e.g. NS-MUP claims reimbursement) and payroll audits.
- Responsible for calculation of overtime payment and processing of OT and Time related allowance payment
- Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll reconciliation report
- Responsible for Payroll related survey reports
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing
- Assist in payroll projects such as process streamlining and payroll system upgrading (if any)
- Handle employee’s and support BHR on payroll related enquires
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / business Administration preferably
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll
- Experience of processing more than 500 headcount
- Conversant with Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and best practices
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different level
- Meticulous and conscientious in handling confidential information
- Excellent team player and able to work well under pressure within tight deadlines.
