As a Guru, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing all accounting and finance operations, including month-end closing and regulatory reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to aid strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Ensuring adherence to regulations and internal controls, protecting assets and maintaining transparency.
Developing financial models and contributing to strategic planning efforts to guide the organization towards its objectives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.
Supporting both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

We are looking for someone who has:

A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
