Assistant Management Executive (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Data Management

Maintain vessel and volume records

Update and prepare operational reports

HR and General Administrative Matters

Maintain and update personnel records

Handle applications and renewals of Employment Pass (EP)/Dependent Pass (DP) & PSA Pass

Prepare and arrange business travel logistics

Process reimbursement claims

General Office and Facility Management

Oversee company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.

Arrange courier services and manage contract filing systems.

Serve as Secretary to the General Manager, handling meeting coordination and correspondence.

Oversee office maintenance needs, including sanitation and repairs.

Manage office purchases, including stationery and pantry supplies.

Requirements:

NITEC/Diploma in any discipline

Good organization and time management skills

Able to multi-task and work as a team player

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
