- Administrative duties
- Coordinate, track and consolidate FD ticket orders, meal voucher orders
- Attend and handle any queries on FD by shared services admin and staff
- Prep data file for salary / flex ben deduction
- Assist in preparing letters to staff and in coordinating the distribution of tickets and meal vouchers
- Assist in liaison with events management
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of NITEC or GCE “O” level qualifications
- Fresh school leavers are also welcome to apply
- Good organizational skills and be attentive to details
- Effective communication skills and a team player
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
