- Responsible for the preparations and modifications of Architectural design from concept designs through schematic design, design development and construction documentation
- Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore’s established standards
- Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
- May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues
- To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned
- To possess a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent
- Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration
- Experience in Architecture detail, Design development and Construction documents
- To have at least 10 years of related working experience
- Proficient in designing Software (Auto CAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
