- Responsible to provide a fully functional structural system, analysis and calculations to fulfill adequate structural integrity and accuracy of the design
- Must be able to lead, manage and check all kinds of Civil and Structural Design drawings by members
- Coordination with relevant departments during the Design stage
- Ensure that all technical/detailed drawings are compliant with the relevant codes and/or regulatory requirements
- Required to carried out work smoothly done on site and ensure handing over in accordance with schedule given
- Ensure that all drawings must be done with constructability to site requirements, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet clients expectations and good profitability for the Company
- To provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a frequent basis
- Diploma/Degree/Masters in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in Software such as Auto CAD, Revit, etc.
- Able to lead a team
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office such as monthly progress reports
- Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
- Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills
