Key Responsibilities
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with business units to identify and analyze business issues/problems, stakeholders, budget, etc.
- Gather and define business requirements, engaging in business process improvement/re-engineering.
- Convey and clarify requirements with 3rd party vendors.
- Review vendor solution proposals/SOW to ensure business/functional requirements are met.
- Review cost benefit analysis and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with end users. Provide alternative and cost-effective solutions where possible.
- Lead and participate in project design specifications, prototype workshops, and user acceptance tests.
- Prepare RFP, RFQ, or RFI specifications, evaluate proposals, and obtain award approval from Management and the Tenders Committee.
- Ensure IT projects are delivered within approved schedule and budget.
- Provide IT support, including incident management, to ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Support the change management process by managing approvals and handling communication and facilitation.
Key Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in System information, Computer Science, or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
- At least 5 years of System Development, Business and / or Systems Analyst and IT Project Management experiences
- Possess analytical, systems analysis and solutioning skills
- Resourceful, creative, takes initiatives and responsible
- A problem solver
- Strong in written and communication skills
- Able to work independently and also cohesively in a team
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively across functional teams and at multiple levels within the organization
- Highly organized and possesses ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently
