Job Description:

• Providing mentorship and management to all F&B team leaders and colleagues, ensuring the restaurant’s service motto
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager / Seniors Manager in fostering good ties with suppliers and communicating across to guest relations, stewards and chefs in relation to value and service
• Provide fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests.
• Acquire full knowledge about the restaurant, promotions and special offers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management .

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Ni TEC, Diploma, Food & Beverage Services
• Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Possess at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in fine dining restaurant is a plus.
• Multi-tasking skills and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
