Assistant / Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
- Providing mentorship and management to all F&B team leaders and colleagues, ensuring the restaurant’s service motto
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager / Seniors Manager in fostering good ties with suppliers and communicating across to guest relations, stewards and chefs in relation to value and service
- Provide fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests.
- Acquire full knowledge about the restaurant, promotions and special offers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management .
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Ni TEC, Diploma, Food & Beverage Services
- Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Possess at least 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience in fine dining restaurant is a plus.
- Multi-tasking skills and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
