Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience that reflects Willow’s dedication to excellence in Asian fine dining.
- Engage with guests, providing attentive, personalized service, and addressing any needs, comments, or concerns with professionalism.
- Provide expert wine and sake recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences, enhancing their dining experience.
- Manage wine, sake, and beverage inventory efficiently, including stock-taking and procurement.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to develop and promote exceptional wine, sake, and food pairing options
- Mentor and coach the restaurant team, enhancing their knowledge of wines, sake, and fine dining service etiquette.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the Asian fine-dining and beverage sectors.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Advanced knowledge of wines, sake, and beverages, with a certification in wine education (WSET or CMS) being an advantage.
- Experience in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and conducting stock-taking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating personalized, memorable dining experiences.
- Passion for food, wine, and hospitality, with a deep appreciation for Asian fine dining.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
