We are seeking an Accounting Assistant specialising in Accounts Receivable and Payable to join our Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing all bookkeeping, accounting and audit functions across our subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management in preparing and updating financial statements, budgeting, and forecast reports to support business analyses, such as P&L, cash flow, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Prepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions, ensuring the accuracy,completeness, and compliance of accounting records with accepted accounting policies and principles.
- Review transactions to determine appropriate accounting treatment, funding, and control considerations.
- Follow and enhance internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance-related fields
- 1 year of experience in an Accounting-related role; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
