Responsibilities:

Assessing the quality and structure of primary source data for Know Your Customer (KYC) applications, with a focus on the APAC region
Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders from business registers and other data sources, navigating and completing any applicable administrative processes required for the integration of new sources
Providing analytical support to enhance and expand our primary source network for real-time company data sourcing and proactively identifying content quality issues, escalating them, and devising remediation actions, with a particular focus on the APAC region
Actively gathering insights on client needs regarding KYC entity verification and identification of corporate legal and beneficial ownership and translating those into business and functional requirements
We're seeking a skilled and ambitious professional, eager to learn, collaborate, and thrive in our fast-paced, agile environment.

Experience and Background:

At least 5 years' experience, preferably in the realm of company data such as firmographics, ownership, and officers.
A university degree in Business or Legal studies, or a comparable field (or equivalent work experience)
Top-notch communication skills, with fluency in business English and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written form. Knowledge of language(s) from the APAC region will be considered an asset.
Exceptional analytical skills and structured approach to deliver results
Strong drive towards documentation and knowledge share systems
Self-starter approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, but also a team player who thrives in collaborative environments
Familiarity with 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) and 'Anti Money Laundering' (AML) practices will be considered an asset.
