Associate Order Execution Specialist Singapore

What is the job about?

The role is primarily responsible for order execution of spare parts in the Asia Pacific/China regions, ensuring a robust and efficient after-sales supply chain supporting distribution and handling of customer orders with focus on delivering as requested from customers in that region. This role will be working out of our sales office in Grundfos Singapore (GSI) and will be a part of a global team covering planning and order execution of spare parts in our five distribution centers (SSG, GPC3, GDS, GBWD, SUS) within Service & Solutions

Your main responsibilities

Manage customer service complaints in aftersales securing delivering of spare parts towards customers within Asia Pacific/China by being accountable for followings processes/tasks:

• Responsible for CIC(Customer Interaction Center) tickets handling submitted by the regional customer service and support center (CSSC) teams and ensuring timely resolution or escalation to meet customer service standards.
• Assist customers with order progression and supply chain issues to maintain customer satisfaction, also by troubleshooting EDI issues.
• Proactively improve SAP housekeeping and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively work with improving our supply chain in collaboration with Center of Excellence team (Co E).
• Ensure return stock from customers based on group policies and work with stakeholders towards improvement of the return process.
• Close collaboration and problem solving with CSSC, Global Logistics (GLOG) and forwarders in Asia Pacific/China – and globally.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as defined by your line manager and functional teams.
• Run and participate in daily action meetings – with the 3PLs.
• Follow-up on key performance indicators and identify root causes – escalate to Co E if necessary.
• Manage the inbound process, resolve issues, follow up with suppliers and convert purchase/stock transport orders for buy to order materials.
• Work together with our DC planning colleagues towards resolution of stock discrepancies and reconciliation

Your background:
We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree supply chain/logistics or commercial management
• 0-3 years of experience in production and distribution operations
• Experience of working with ERP SAP ERP/CRM/BW.
• Previous experience of customer service and working experiences for/with a 3PL would be key considerations.
• Highly developed communication skills in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the courier express, and LTL (Large Truck Load) transportation business would be useful
