DESIGNATION : Associate/Coordinator (Digital Transformation)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Job Description:
NTUC Fair Price is seeking a dynamic and self motivated Digital Transformation Senior Associate - Marketplace in Singapore to lead and manage commercial tech related user requirements and initiatives for the Online Marketplace. The candidate must have a strong project management knowledge, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure that Marketplace tech projects meet business requirements. The candidate must be able to translate business requirements into tech feature requests with strong customer focus in mind showing professional maturity in addition to being energetic, intellectually curious and passionate about using technology to drive change.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the user/business requirements for all Marketplace Tech initiatives.
• Ensure that new Marketplace Tech features meet expectations by working closely with the Tech teams on user acceptance testing (UAT) during development phases.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (Business Partners, Marketplace Account Managers, Tech teams, Finance, Platform, Marketing, etc.) on tech project timelines to ensure successful launch.
• Drive continuous improvement for Marketplace initiatives by engagement with the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team with automation requirements and testing for implementation.
• Understand Online Marketplace customer behaviour to drive/support front-end experimentation and features.

• Create documentation of manuals and SOPs for new tech features/enhancements.
• First level support for Marketplace Tech related incidences.

QUALIFICATIONS
Job Specifications/Competencies:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Systems Design (UI/UX), Project Management or related field preferred.
• Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, ability to use SQL/Big Query/Data Studio/Amplitude is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and interest in driving business process improvements through technology features, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end project management.
• Is able to demonstrate ability to manage across different tech teams and work closely with various stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented.
