Tax Manager (Indirect)

Key Responsibilities
- GST Compliance Management: Ensure end-to-end GST compliance, providing oversight and expert guidance on GST-related matters.
- Advisory and Risk Mitigation: Advise on transaction-specific GST implications, address areas with potential tax risk, and support business groups with tax insights.
- Regulatory Analysis: Interpret changes in tax laws, assess impacts on the organization, and identify strategic tax planning opportunities.
- Due Diligence and Coordination: Engage in due diligence and ad-hoc projects, collaborating with both local and international consultants on indirect tax issues.
- Project Support: Contribute to various tax projects, leveraging your problem-solving skills to drive effective tax management across the organization.Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- At least 7-8 years of hands-on experience in GST management, ideally with a blend of experience in both corporate environments and top accounting firms.
- Strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
