Fund Reporting Manager (Private Equity/ Venture Capital)

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Be involved in BAU fund administrative activities which include fund reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate the preparation of capital call notices and manage distribution processes by forecasting cash flow requirements, ensuring compliance with LPA and IFRS standards.
- Deliver key insights to management and Limited Partners (LPs) while supporting ongoing LP communications to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
- Keep track of portfolio company compliance, offering support as needed, and work with teams and service providers to handle financial due diligence for new investments.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, such as journal entries and reconciliations, while coordinating with tax advisors for timely and accurate tax filings.
- Facilitate new fund launches by coordinating with relevant stakeholders on legal and onboarding processes.
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. A qualified CA/CPA is highly desirable
- Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in Fund Adminitartion capacity preferably in a Private equity or Venture Capital.
- Ability to multitask and work unsupervised in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influential skills to communicate with senior stakeholders to get the work done.
