Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine investment strategies that align with the broader business objectives.
- Identify and source investment opportunities across various industries and sectors, generating both direct and indirect leads to meet specified targets.
- Execute financial modeling, conduct feasibility assessments, and prepare investment documentation independently.
- Structure investment deals to maximize returns and optimize the portfolio.
- Manage the negotiation and closing processes, ensuring timelines are met effectively.
- Oversee due diligence and documentation processes to protect company interests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investments, ideally with exposure to the Indian market.
- Familiarity with capital markets is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
