A major venture capital firm with a strong presence in Asia is looking to hire an investor relations professional to join their team. This is a newly created role, focusing on HNW and Family Offices in Singapore and South East Asia.

Responsibilities
As an integral member of the team, you will drive fundraising activities and be responsible for the end-to-end process of capital raising, gathering third party capital from the UHNW and Family Office Segment in Singapore/Southeast Asia. You will identify potential investors, coordinate investor roadshows and work with placement agencies to identify business opportunities. This involves overseeing the entire fundraising cycle, including responding to DDQs, producing marketing collaterals and onboarding new investors. Post fund raising, you will co-ordinate closely with the investment, deal and finance teams on preparing quarterly investment reports, responding to client queries and updating investors on fund performance.
Requirements
The successful candidate has 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience including being in a fund raising/investor relations/capital introduction/business development/placement agent role. You possess an extensive network of UHNW, Family Offices and investor relationships in Singapore/Southeast Asia and have prior experience or strong interest in early stage/ venture capital investing. Appreciation of deep tech, AI, blockchain and new cutting-edge technologies is a strong advantage. To succeed in this role, you have to be entrepreneurial, strategic and extremely hands-on in executing and driving desired outcomes.
