Why this role?

The Business Controller manages the day-to-day business controlling activities of the Service business projects (end to end). He/she ensures that business are conducted in accordance with KONE Financial Control Models (FCM) and that financial impacts are measured and reported following the KONE accounting standards and reporting instructions.

He/She supports the definition of local financial policies and ensures that the adherence to both local and global policies is controlled. The Business Controller reports to Head of Finance.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for deployment of sales management improvement processes and coaching of the sales.
• Drives the pricing stream and pricing excellence model.
• Identifies, researches, evaluates, and pursues business development opportunities together with the regional teams according to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
• Ensures the successful development and implementation of organization wide business improvements in collaboration with other functions in the Frontline, Area, and Global offices.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, sales management, or other relevant roles
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Experience in sales/ sales management in elevator, construction or relevant other B2B environment.
Experience in rolling out successful sales programs across different countries/ regional experiences.
