We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Development Director to lead and shape our expansion efforts in a competitive market. The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, with the ability to not only identify potential clients and markets but also to establish and nurture deep, lasting relationships that translate into sustainable revenue growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in the company's strategic planning, ensuring that business development efforts align with broader organizational goals.

In this leadership role, the Business Development Director will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy. The position requires a deep understanding of the company’s global market landscape, competitor dynamics, and emerging trends. The Director will also be expected to stay ahead of market shifts and consumer demands, continuously seeking ways to adapt and innovate the company’s approach to business development. The successful candidate will need to be highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to build strong, collaborative relationships.

The position also involves overseeing the entire business development pipeline, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. This includes market research, preparing proposals, participating in high-level negotiations, and ensuring that all contractual agreements meet the company's strategic objectives. The Director will also be responsible for managing a team, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the department is meeting its KPIs and performance targets.

To excel in this role, candidates must have a proven track record in business development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior sales or business development position, ideally within a related industry. The role requires a deep understanding of the international business landscape and global business development practices. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. A strong network within the industry and a results-oriented mindset will be critical for success in this position.
