Business Development Executive / Manager | Hunter | Freight Forwarding Industry

- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, outlining service offerings, pricing, and logistics solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions.
- Regularly prepare and present reports on account status.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the freight forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge of import/ export and general logistics process.
- Highly motivated and result driven individual.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- This role is will be for the Singapore Market with the exposure to India Market.
