- Set up client database to prepare for callings
- Cold calling to various industry to reach decision makers to introduce company's products and services
- Pitch the clients with high level of confidence and strong persuasive skills
- Follow up with existing and new clients to arrange meetings for Sales team
- Work closely with Sales and other members of the leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
- Refine the cold call pitch and process to achieve optimum results
- Analyse metrics and suggest areas for improvement in scripts or overall strategy
- Partner with the Sales manager to refine strategy and approach to generate higher volume of qualified leads.
- Manage the lead lifecycle, nurturing, scoring, segmentation and list data.
- Report regularly on program performance, track performance, and make optimization recommendations.
- Plan and launch campaigns using a broad mix of tactics, including email nurture, direct mail and more, to increase pipeline for the sales team
