POSITION SUMMARY
Manager, Business Resilience and Exercises, as a member of FS-ISAC's Business Resilience team, is responsible for engaging with member organizations on business resilience projects and exercises. The position reports to FS-ISAC Director for Global Business Resilience. The Business Resilience team is a global team with analysts focusing on region-specific, cross-regional, and global topics related to operational resilience, cyber resilience, and exercises. This position is expected to manage projects and working groups focused on member engagement on resilience topics in the financial sector, the development of risk and resilience analysis products and guides, and the development and execution of exercises.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
This position is hybrid from Singapore or fully remote from Australia and reports to the FS-ISAC Asia Pacific office. Relocation and/or visas will not be sponsored by FS-ISAC. All applicants must be authorized to work in Singapore or Australia.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage member committees, such as the Exercise Committee and Business Resilience Committee for the APAC region
- Work with members to identify operational risks and understand potential mitigation practices
- Conduct independent research on operational risks and develop analytic products related to the research
- Develop and maintain sector-level and cross-sector playbooks
- Lead the development and execution of the region's tabletop exercises
- Responsible for designing and developing exercise materials, such as situation manuals, exercise plans, document-after-action reports, and other documentation to support meeting and exercise facilitation.
- Perform exercise planning, documentation, facilitation & post analysis duties.
- Work with members to identify exercise topics, develop scenarios, and recruit exercise participants
- Work closely with FS-ISAC regional staff to promote awareness and uptake of FS-ISAC exercises and business resiliency activities amongst members, regulators, and government agencies.
- Perform other assignments as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of experience writing or facilitating tabletop exercises.
- 3 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Response, or other related fields.
- Some knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office365 applications including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
