Business Sales Leader (Singapore), Dental Solutions

As the Sales Leader for our Dental Solutions Business, you will lead a dynamic team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Training & Education, Clinical Specialists, and Channel Management. Your leadership will directly impact our growth and success in the dental and orthodontics sectors.
- Team Leadership: Coach and manage a team of direct reports, including Field Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists, focusing on performance management and fostering a positive team culture.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement marketing concepts and daily operations to generate new demand, drive new customer acquisition, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Channel Management: Collaborate with local dealers on events, training sessions, and project management initiatives, including involvement in cross-regional projects within Asia Pacific.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to grow the dental and orthodontics sectors, leveraging CRM tools like Sales Force for effective tracking and management.
- Field Engagement: Actively participate in field sales activities and conduct one-on-one coaching to enhance team performance and customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including goal setting, conflict resolution, delegation, and strategic planning.
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience, ideally as a Sales Representative, Supervisor, or Account Manager.
- Proficiency in project and change management, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sales-related software and corporate systems.
- Preferred deep understanding of the dental and / or healthcare market, including knowledge of competitors and industry trends, with the ability to educate and inform others.
