About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Business Solutions, this role will work with other Front Office and Back Office systems such as Bloomberg, EBS, Barracuda and One Sum X and Xceptor, where they integrate with the trading platforms listed above. You will also work with key stakeholders including Markets Trading and Sales, Markets COO enablement functions, Finance, Market Risk, Operations and Risk/ Compliance 2nd line of defense.

What will your day look like?

As a Business Solutions Manager, your key responsibilities includes:

Support users (front/middle/back office) on specialist trading platforms (Murex, Wall St and ION) and ANZ’s inhouse SKY Platform.
Drive design of solutions, education of users, regulatory compliance, controls.
Support the Trade Life Cycle (TLC) programmes integration of Wall St and Murex2 into Murex3.1
Develop our support capability in the hubs in Bangalore and Manila.
Deliver efficient and effective solutions to meet Front/Middle/Back Office requirements.
Increase quality of information delivered to Front/Middle/Back users and other reporting systems.
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in Front Office Business Support and knowledge of the relevant markets.
Understanding of investment banking products (front to back lifecycle).
Knowledge in MUREX configuration (v3.1), Wall St and ION is a must.
Proficient in Bloomberg is preferred.
Strong communications to influence stakeholders and other support teams to deliver.
Experience with working in a team across multiple geographies and time zones.
Strong problem-solving and ability to drive results.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
