1. Diploma or above, major in science and engineering.
2. Have more than 2 years experience in technical support.
3. Proficient in English, able to communicate smoothly with customers in Singapore.
4. Familiar with technical knowledge and principles in related fields. Familiar with sheet metal technology, machining technology and electronic assembly technology is preferred.
5. Have good problem solving ability and adaptability.
6. Strong team spirit and service consciousness.
7. Can adapt to the working environment and culture in Singapore.
8. Master the use of relevant tools and software.
Job responsibilities of business technical support business engineer:
1. Be responsible for providing technical support for business and solving technical problems of customers.
2. Be familiar with the technical standards and specifications of the Singapore market to ensure that the products or services meet the requirements.
3. Cooperate with R&D team to optimize the technical performance of products or services.
4. Provide technical training and guidance to customers.
5. Collect and feedback the technical requirements of Singapore market and help improve products or services.
6. Follow the trend of new technology and provide technical advice for the company's business development.
