Since 2014, we have gradually established ourselves as a leading international mediation services provider. As a not-for-profit institution, we help businesses and individuals to resolve their disputes, specialising in conflicts that are complex and cross-border in nature. As part of our mission, we routinely conduct training and outreach to increase awareness and knowledge of mediation.
Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a Centre Coordinator who will undertake the following:
- Manage and maintain the Centre’s calendar, including scheduling of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
- Manage events and projects;
- Liaise with external contacts, such as clients, partners, vendors, and service providers;
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism; and

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, more senior applicants are welcome and will be competitively compensated;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters; and

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and other relevant software programs, experience in managing Linked In and CRM will be an advantage.
