DESIGNATION : Centre Supervisor, Daycare *

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Centre Supervisor is based in the Day Centre for Seniors and liaises with key partners, to plan, and coordinate programmes and ensure smooth execution/operation of the centre's activities for the elderly. They will also manage a team of support staff and perform administrative duties.
You will

Review, develop and implement projects, events, and external partnership management
Provide cover support to other centres when needed
Support and conduct training for staff
Work with the Centre Manager to ensure that the centre meets the regulatory and internal requirements
Administrative duties to support the daily functions and maintenance of the centre
Staff management with roster planning and training management
Ensure implementation of planned programmes/activities in the centre

You should

Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Have experience in operations and in supervisory positions
Be proficient in Google Suite applications

It would be great if you

Have experience in community care or healthcare settings
Can converse in local dialects

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Health Science/ Gerontology/ Social Work
At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the social service sector
