Children Art Studio Manager

Studio Manager oversees our art teachers to ensure effective performance. You are expected to be professional, reliable, positive, and creative role models for the children and families in attendance. This is a 5-days work week from Wed-Sun.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the studio's operations and manage the teachers's performance and duties.
* Process customers' accounts, maintain studio resources, and create marketing campaigns to promote the business.
* Keep the studio space clean, organised, and safe.
* Handle emails and phone calls.
* Manage marketing for local area, social media, creative ideas and plans.
* Maintain personal connections and communication with families.
* Organise and design creative birthdays for children ages 2-10yrs.
* Perform duties as needed.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Passion for mentoring and motivating children along with a

love for sharing relevant art history and modern techniques.

Proven customer support and sales experience
Self-motivated and results-driven
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month
