Children Tuition Service Manager
We, ADSC Education Pte Ltd are a Singapore based company specializing in children education and aims to provide an educational platform exclusively for children. Also, we provide early childhood educational goods and books.
Our company has been affiliated with Kedu-Wave Pte. Ltd. which has been providing home tuition service for Korean preschoolers (Early Childhood) in Singapore and we are expanding the service in local market.
Thus, we are looking for a passionate talent for the posted job position as below.
Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Organize and Assist in marketing activities for our product (mainly online marketing).
• Develop and manage counselling cases and develop customer service plans.
• Conducting Weekly and monthly report of the project progress.
• Provide expert sales advice to customers through phone and social media inquiries
• Create and Develop the contents for in- and out-bound sales activities with management of relevant corporate accounts (SNS etc).
• Serve incoming customers and attend to scheduled appointments via call.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide productive consultation for children’s parents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Children Education Centre Experience in Consultation to parents.
• Customer-orientated and passionate
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in children education
• Positive with a willing to learn attitude
• Excellent MS office, communication, analytical, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
• Able to operate under high degree of ambiguity and change

Education:

• Polytechnic Diploma

Work Location: Raffles Place
Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 / Month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
