The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, time-efficient, and focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will manage a range of tasks, from people management to administrative duties, and contribute to the clinic’s overall growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage clinic staff and foster a positive team environment
• Handle patient inquiries, scheduling, and feedback with professionalism
• Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders from various backgrounds
• Manage finances, including invoicing, budget tracking, and reporting using Excel
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to promote the clinic’s services
• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a healthcare clinic or similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse individuals
• Service-oriented, with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care
• Ability to multi-task and handle various administrative and operational duties
• Proficient in Excel and financial tracking
• Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment
