Job Description & Requirements

• Cater and fetching of Managing Director according to his daily schedule
• Ferrying company staff (site & office staff) for meetings / appointments
• Delivering & collecting of documents, drawings, parcels and etc
• Office maintenance such as changing of light bulbs, installation of furniture and fittings, watering of plants, etc
• Taking care and be responsible for the condition and cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the vehicle
• Provide cleaning to the vehicle on a daily basis
• Conduct regular checks on the condition of the vehicle and report immediately to the Management when any mechanical problem is detected
• Assist the Admin Team in procuring pantry items, stationeries, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), I.T. Equipment, etc
• Delivering of stationeries, refreshments, IT Equipment, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) etc. to respective work sites
• To cover the duties of Driver (Inspection Team) during his absence or on leave
• Any other ad-hoc duties given by Managing Director, Corporate Service Director, Manager or Supervisor

• Clean driving records
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 License. Familiar with Singapore Roads and Landmarks
• Flexible with work schedule
• Able to perform 5.5 days work week, 47 hours per week
