- Engage with sponsors, many of whom are top-tier blockchain protocols and stablecoin projects, to guarantee their strategic goals are met during the conference.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both speakers and sponsors, acting as a key liaison throughout the event lifecycle.
- Content Development and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events with content that reflects the technical depth and industry relevance of our conferences.

- Ability to take initiative and lead small teams in a dynamic, founder-led company environment.
- A deep interest in the potential of blockchain technology to reshape global finance, or a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and complex subject matter.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Monday.com, and other workplace collaboration software would be a plus, but is easily trained.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing tools) and event management software is desirable.
- Competitive Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.
- Professional Growth: Work directly with leaders in the blockchain and De Fi space, gaining hands-on experience in an industry at the forefront of financial innovation.
