Roles & Responsibilities
- Morning shuttle available from Kranji, CCK and Gul Circle MRT
- Career progression opportunites
- Review existing insurance policy to determine coverage, as well as review new insurance policies to ensure coverage
- Source and evaluate tenders for submission
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare business/tender proposals
- Prepare reports summarizing operational results, financial performance, or accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans
- Interpret government regulations and applicable codes to ensure compliance
- Monitor project life cycles and term contracts
- Prepare, submit, and monitor sales contracts
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, etc,
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information
- Minimally a diploma in Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in handling insurance policies for the construction industry would be an added advantange
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
