**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day-to-day operations of the cryptocurrency investment firm, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to the cryptocurrency market.
• Monitor and analyze investment performance, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Oversee banking operations related to cryptocurrency transactions and manage IT operations to support trading activities.
• Drive operational improvements and streamline processes to enhance overall performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment management, investment analysis, and investment banking.
