Customer Relations Officer (Accounts Receivable)

About Our Client:

  • Up to $3,000 basic
  • Nearby Jurong East MRT
    • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm


Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
  • Contact account holders via phone and email to remind them of outstanding payments and payment commitment dates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by addressing any billing-related queries or issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment dates with account holders.
  • Issue waivers or credit notes for customer disputes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all billing cases.
  • Assist in preparing reports and loading account information.
  • Send account statements, reminder letters, and tax invoices to account holders.
    • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of Higher Nitec or Nitec qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the debt collection industry.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
