Join us as a Service & Bar Associate / Lead and be the friendly face that greets our customers! In this role, you'll provide exceptional service while crafting delicious coffee-based beverages and light meals. Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in line with our service standards.
• Prepare beverages and food according to our unique recipes and procedures.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu to recommend items.
• Follow standard operating procedures for food and beverage preparation.
• Perform cashier duties and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Set up workstations before shifts and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure smooth daily operations while minimizing waste.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred; however, training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Cheerful demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to $2,800 basic + variable bonuses.
• Working schedule: 5 or 6 days alternating work week, including weekends and public holidays, with time off in lieu.
• Shift duration: 8 to 10 hours based on roster (Earliest shift starts at 7 am; last shift finishes by 7:30 pm).
• Work locations: Tiong Bahru, Cluny Court, Telok Ayer, Neil Road, ION Orchard, and East Coast.j
